Renqiu City Huachao Screw Tools Factory is located in the Industrial Area of Renqiu, Hebei, China. Renqiu is a medium-sized city in North China. We are 150KM away north to Beijing Capital International Airport, 100KM away east to Tianjin Seaport, and crossed by Jingjiu Railway, No.106 National Highway, Bao-Cang Expressway and Da-Guang Expressway.
Some domestic business offices or subsidiaries have been set up in major fastener manufacturing centers of China, such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Wuxi, Wenzhou and Dongguan for better service and timely delivery. In addition to home supplies, we also export punches to Poland, Egypt and India (carbide heading dies to Italy and Malaysia, and thread rolling dies to Egypt). We have distributors in India and Egypt.

HUACHAO specializes in the R&D and production of screw forming tools, such as header punches (second punches), thread rolling flat dies, and carbide heading dies, mainly three categories.
Our second punches comprise of a variety of recess in slotted, Phillips, slotted/Phillips combination, pozi, hex socket, six-lobe (torx), square and customized types, and head types comprise of more than 10 categories, such as pan head, flat head, CSK head, and oval head. Our products meet the standards of JIS/DIN/ISO/IFI/ANSI/BS/GB. To improve accuracy in sizes and make performance of punches perfectly in working, we take tested prime HSS (SKH-9/M2) as materials and PVD Coating (TiN Coating) with advanced technology and equipment. We cover punch assortments of 15 thousand sets with production capacity of 200 thousand pieces per month.
Our thread rolling flat dies can be applied to self-tapping screw, chipboard screw, drywall screw, wood screw, machine screw, Taptite screw, and Hi-Low thread screw, which take DC53 and HSS as materials, being processed with CNC milling machines, CNC grinding machines and other advanced machines to keep quality.
Our carbide heading dies comprise of ST, SC, CR, DW, multi-station, and all types by drawings. We also provide first punches, and second punch holders, as well as triangle and square cut-off knives and K.O pins.
For machines and facilities, we have Oil presses and grinders from Taiwan, grinding wheel trimmers, centreless grinders, CNC copy manufacturing milling machines, hydraulic copy horizontal milling machines, universal tool grinding machines, fully automated planers, semi-automatic hydraulic and oil presses, and turret millers. We also have some inspection devices, such as precision horizontal projector, go-no-go gauge, and hardness tester. We have 2 sets of vacuum heat treatment furnaces with state-of-the-art technology in domestic markets.
For Human Resources, we have 2 experts in heat treatment, 10 professional technicians in their respective sectors, 5 persons in quality control, an experienced management team of 8 persons, 60 skilled workers, and 30 well-trained young people in sales and logistics sectors.
